1. Ordering & Consultation Policy
Shyam Flower Centre offers custom flower arrangement and bouquet builder tools to help you design bespoke items. Submission of any form on this site constitutes a design enquiry. The order is only finalized, scheduled, and confirmed once our team communicates with you directly via WhatsApp or phone call and aligns on the specific custom details.
2. Delivery Scheduling
We offer same-day hand-delivery across Siliguri and neighboring zones. To ensure same-day logistics, your order must be finalized before 2:00 PM local time. For bulk wedding setups or elaborate balloon decorations, we require a minimum advance notice of 3 to 7 days.
3. Substitution & Freshness Guarantee
Flowers are seasonal products. In rare cases where a specific stem is unavailable due to local market constraints, our skilled floral designers will substitute it with a similar variety of equal or higher value, keeping the color scheme and overall style consistent. We guarantee that all flowers delivered will be freshly sourced on the day of dispatch.
4. Customer Support and Feedback
If you are not satisfied with the freshness or presentation of the delivered bouquet, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery. You can reach out directly over the phone or send photos to our WhatsApp support line at +91 8167752308. We will work to resolve the concern immediately.
